Before we became TRANCEPORTED, we were known as EDMTOR – the Toronto EDM representative in a series of web projects owned by David Guzman. The site has since been reowned and rebranded under Adele Desloges‘ management.
To honour our roots, we kept our “about us” section to remind ourselves of our original goal – to connect fans through our love of music!
EDMTOR was founded in April 2012 after David Guzman and Adele Desloges met and became fast friends at Electric Zoo 2011. It has been nothing but a whirlwind of excitement for contributors who have become a part of the team, while they conduct written and video interviews with local and international artists, attend local and international events, and hear the latest EPs and LPs.
A milestone in our history was surpassing 6,000 organic “likes” on our Facebook page! Thank you very much for your continued support! We continue to grow and evolve, and hope you enjoy being with us for this ride.

We strive to bring you coverage of new music, new artists, exclusive interviews, exclusive contests, event photos and videos, as well as trance related merchandise to the Greater Toronto Area and online community. Our first love is the music, our second is connecting people.
EDMTOR will bring you a little bit of everything to be a one-stop resource for information you need to promote or plan an event, support the local and international DJs and Producers, and to connect new people while attending some of the most sought after clubs and events we recommend.
Integrity: Be real.
