DJ Sharam will be relaunching Yoshitoshi Records sub-label Shinichi and launching a new label “Dirt Jugglerz“. New releases from each label will include a variety of sounds all over the musical map. New releases including Ahmet Sendil El Baile (Shinichi) and Heren Never Let Me Go/Heren pres. Detsl & Pete Milz I Got Angels (Beat Jugglerz).

Shinichi was first launched in 2001, focusing more on a deeper, tougher sound. The label featured releases from John Creamer & Stephane K, Behrouz, Hydrogen Rockers, Patch Park and many more. Formerly known as Yo!, Dirt Jugglerz was introduced in 2003 with the purpose of releasing some of the biggest tracks in the world, featuring artists such as Pig & Dan, Deepsky, MYNC, Danny Rampling + more. The new Shinichi will focus on the deep house and the techy side of music, while Sharam views Dirt Jugglerz as an outlet for electro-infused house to dubstep, drum n bass, and anything else of quality.

Sharam’s recent compilation release of “Night & Day” is something which made Sharam decide to relaunch Shinichi as well as create Dirt Jugglerz. He discovered throughout the mixing process a variety of great music from many different genres. Sharam views this relaunch as a way to encourage more creativity with less restrictions, from many dance music views.

Night & Day is a 2CD 38 track ride through the club mayhem of “Night” and the summer terrace inspired tech-funk of “Day.” Released on July 16, Night & Day features Sharam’s new production Radio G and his FTDK mix of God Always. The album includes exclusive edits, mashups and tracks/remixes from Umek, Zeds Dead, Avicii, Dirty South, Armand Van Helden, Marco Bailey, Monstar, Boris Dlugosh + more. The compilation of Sharam’s Night & Day album truly captures the elements of a night and day rage. The tech-funk tracks take you right back to a warm summer day, where you’re surrounded with friends, the beach, water, and the hot sun on your back as you dance. I’d say the Day album is my favourite. The Night album gives off the late night big room beats. I would say it’s full of energy and makes you want to keep moving, that’s for sure. Overall I’m really digging this Night & Day CD compilation. If you’ve never been to a Sharam set, I highly suggest you go.
