“Snow Globe”, a collection of original compositions and seasonal classics, follows Erasure’s 2011 album, “Tomorrow’s World”. The First single Gaudete is Erasure’s take on the traditional Latin carol, which will be recognizable by many after Steeleye Span’s version of the early 70’s. Erasure created a series of unique and beautiful stop animation videos with Martin Meunier (James & The Giant Peach and Coraline) and Tonya Hurley, author of the best-selling ghostgirl and The Blessed.

Formed 28 years ago, Erasure — the award-winning songwriting duo of Vince Clarke and Andy Bell–unleashed on the nation a succession of both influential and chart-topping pop anthems of the ‘80’s, ‘90’s and through today. Songs like A Little Respect, Sometimes, Victim Of Love, and Breathe ensured a formidable presence on the singles charts complemented by five consecutive # 1 albums in the U.K. including “The Innocents,” “Wild!,” “Chorus” and the beginning of the worldwide Abba revival “Abba-esque”.
