Joel Fletcher embarks on his first North American Tour with his second Canadian stop at The Hoxton, Saturday April 26, 2014. Joel Fletcher, 21, hails from Australia and began DJing at 14. He has received praise from TJR, Deorro and Laidback Luke with releases on Bush Records, Boo Records, Bosphorus Underground Records, Flat Belly Records and Italo Business Records.

Released in January, Swing has reached Triple Platinum Sales milestone in Australia (CONGRATULATIONS!). This is the first Melbourne Bounce track I ever heard and I could not sit still. The song is chaulked full of everything I love about electronic music: huge bass lines, bottom heavy filters and rampant, hard-hitting rhythm sections that attract brimming dance floors. When he reaches Hoxton, I can’t wait to be on the dance floor all night!

Fletcher and close friend Will Sparks (who played at Maison Mercer last Friday night to a packed house) are responsible for the Melbourne Sound sweeping up from Australia towards European and North American audiences. Released Double Platinum milestone Bring It Back is a collaboration between Fletcher and Sparks.

Opening the night are Matt Zanardo, Tampter Track & Faulkon.

I will be headed to The Hoxton for this event, so come celebrate the arrival of Melbourne Bounce in Toronto along with me! Tickets are now available.  Keep watching EDM TOR for more information.
