Electronic Nation Canada & Balance Inc. in association with TranceFamily Toronto present: Enhanced Sessions w/
Estiva and Juventa. After the success of their spring trance shows, the boys behind Digital Dreams music festival are at it again. The third installment of this still relatively new venture for Balance, and the FIRST OF THE SUMMER, sees hot young Dutch DJs Estiva and Juventa coming to throw down at home base Ryze Nightclub, Saturday July 26.
This won’t be any run of the mill debut for these two young starlets. Toronto is privileged to host a stop on the Enhanced Sessions album tour. This album is an annual venture by Enhanced Music, a compilation album of the top talent on their roster from the past year. This roster includes some of the biggest names in the industry including founder Will Holland, franchise boys Tritonal, Aruna, Lange, and of course Juventa and Estiva themselves, just to name a few. So expect a comprehensive run through of this soon to be released compilation album as well as a few favourites from the two Dutchmen’s arsenal of hits.
Estiva got his start in 2007 with Enhanced Music. The following year he got his big break after his track Casa Grande was selected by Tiësto to appear on “In Search of Sunrise 7:. Since then he has not looked back. His brand of progressive trance has earned him support from the biggest names in the industry, including Armin, Ferry, Dash and more. Some of his hits include Dinodrums, Teddybeat, and Wait Forever as well as remixes for the likes of Daniel Kandi and Mat Zo. He also has a radio podcast called “Next Level”.
Juventa’s versatile music career started in 2010 when after a few early releases, including an appearance in an “Anjunabeats Vol. 8”, he was snagged by Enhanced. He would release a few EPs with the label that year to some critical acclaim, enough so that Armin van Buuren himself would say in August that Juventa was “the next big thing in trance”. The following years saw more successful releases including Metamorphose. In 2013 Juventa, real name Jordin Post, would release his biggest track to date, a collaboration with Erica Curran called Move Into Light. This track not only held top spot on Beatport’s Trance Chart but also reached an astounding #2 on Beatport’s Overall Chart. Surely we will hear this track as well as Metamorphose at Ryze. He has since had other hits and done remixes for massive tracks such as When You Loved Me. Currently he has just released a very experimental EP called ‘Culture Flow’ which displays his ability to break genre barriers. His “Nothing But Love” podcast is also quite popular and diverse.
