The vampire eyes are catching the attention of young techno DJ/Producer Kevin Castroand in particular one very special set of eyes, Dubfire. 21-year old, Miami-based, Castro is set to make his debut on the very prestigious, and internationally recognized underground techno label SCI+TEC on August 14th with his track Cubism. This label, spear headed by techno legend Dubfire, is without a doubt an incredible honor for Kevin Castro to be featured on and indeed is well deserved. “Cubism” will be featured on a SCI+TEC “Various Artists – Formula 4” EP.
The track Cubism takes you through an underground funhouse with its dark and spooky, yet playfully whimsical elements. Inspiration from a classically mastered minimal techno vibe is paired with Kevin Castro’s unique ear for zany sounds and quirky basslines. This track is most certainly a forward-thinking production that is just an introduction to what Kevin Castro has in store for us!
