After spending every holiday Monday on Centre Island, it’s time to say so long and see you next summer to our favourite picnic + concert series, Electric Island. Platform, CODA and Embrace know how to treat the Toronto crowd with a line up chalk full of local talent with the likes of Simon Jain, MEMBERSONLY, Gera and Terence Kissner. They are kicking off the festivities for international headliners Hot Since 82, Jamie xx and Tale of Us to say au revoir to summer 2014.

September 1 marks the event with gates opening at 1:30 p.m. Be sure to board the Centre Island ferry at Jack Layton Ferry Terminal and follow the music to the event space. Once again we will be treated to gourmet food, art and summer memories to last a lifetime. Tickets are still available!
