EP REVIEW: Luca Bacchetti – OVO by Richard Granholm

This summer, Italian producer Luca Bacchetti released his latest 3-track EP, entitled “OVO“. Featured under his own label Endless, the EP boasts his latest in techno grooves.

No Gravity is a smooth, ambient track with a floating, glitchy breakdown. New elements like wobbly brass and minor synth chords come flitting in and out, giving true meaning to the track’s name.

In The Space Between Us, subdued space lasers hover over chordal strings, which give way to the percussive, yet beautiful rhythm.

The EP’s self-titled final track takes the listener on an exploration of sound and space through its slow-moving ambient harmonies.
