TRACKS: JDG gives a Melbourne bounce twist to Helena’s Raven

On the heels of HELENA’s highly receptive summer release, Raven, comes a massive remix from fellow Australian DJ and Producer, JDG. Maintaining the original’s powerful, yet catchy bass drive, this brand new edit promises to continue shaking any festival to its core.

Signed to the country’s premiere electronic music label, Onelove, JDG has successfully etched his emerging sound across charts from Australia all the way to the United States. Born and raised in Melbourne, Jordan Griffiths expertly harnesses elements of bounce within big room and electro centered productions, which is perfectly demonstrated by his remix of Raven.

A truly progressive talent, JDG has triumphed within a diverse range of musical genres. His solo production, Psyched, hit #3 on the Beatport Minimal Chart. While on a completely different spectrum his collaboration with Will Sparks, People Talk, found its way on Beatport’s Electro House Chart at #15.

Receiving support from the likes of David Guetta, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, as well as his fellow Melbourne Bounce mates, JDG is primed to close 2014 out with a bang. If this remix of Raven is any indication, fans can expect to continue jumping for years to come.
