ALBUMS: Kill the Noise announces debut album on OWSLA

Los Angeles-based producer Kill The Noise has announced his debut album “Occult Classic”, slated for release on October 9th, 2015 via Skrillex’s OWSLA. The 10-track LP showcases his versatility across different musical styles, pairing his signature brand of intricate electronic music with beautiful melodies and the intensity of a live rock show. For his first full-length, Kill The Noise has recruited electronic rock mainstays AWOLNATION, Bryn Christopher of I See Monstas, Dillon Francis, Feed Me, Tommy Trash, Madsonik, Stalking Gia, Rock City and twoton for his most diverse body of work to date. The first single Kill It 4 The Kids featuring AWOLNATION & Rock City premiered in Rolling Stone, and was broadcasted to over 100 countries on Apple’s Beats 1 Radio show hosted by renowned DJ and producer A-Trak. Kill The Noise will also be headlining his own Occult Classic Tour throughout North America starting October 1st, 2015 with support from AWE, Getter and Wuki, full dates below.


Kill The Noise, AKA Jake Stanczak, has been one of America’s biggest dance music exports of the past few years, applying unique sound design and a production expertise for blending genres, styles and tempos, earning himself a reputation as one of the top producers among his peers. Since OWSLA’s founding in 2011, KTN has established himself as one of the franchise acts on the label. He’s gone on to earn 2 MTV Clubland Videos of The Year over some of the biggest names in the game, featured on Skrillex’s debut album, debuted a music video live on Adult Swim to millions of viewers, produced a song for Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J and Ty Dolla $ign for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot, and has been synced to several TV shows and major motion pictures including Judd Apatow’s latest Summer box office hit Trainwreck.
