Amsterdam’s Ferreck Dawn unveils himself as the producer behind Jolene, a track that was previously known as an ID, due out on Friday, August 28th, 2015 via Source. Having built a name off of several top-charting releases, this tech-house maestro continues to elevate his decade-long career each time he works his magic in the studio and behind-the-decks. Ferreck’s newest track is a prime example of this as he’s created an addictive cover of Dolly Parton‘s classic, Jolene, that’s already been received with fanfare as an ID. Just last week, fans were able to figure out the producer of Jolene through “Shazam-ing” it.
For Jolene, Ferreck Dawn pairs the familiar vocals with a buttery, four-on-the-floor groove accented by folky guitar riffs for a modern dance floor smash.
