On Tuesday, October 20th, 2015, Everleigh presents Century Room Series, an ode to the late venue which hosted many unforgettable nights to the King West nightlife. Once a month, Century Room Series will return, as international artists will light up the night and bring back a sense of underground vibes to Everleigh.
This month, we welcome Berlin based artist Claptone. Set to release his forthcoming album “Charmer” on Friday, October 16th, the mysteriously masked DJ/producer will kick off Toronto’s Fashion Week with the sexy sounds of his new album.
Having just released a new collaboration with Young Galaxy – Leave Your Light On, along with vocalist Catherine McCandless, Claptone gives a sneak peek of what to expect from “Charmer”.
Claptone told Exclaim! “It’s that time of year when the days are shorter and the nights longer.” It marks “the right time for Leave Your Light On.” which he describes as a “heart-melting collaboration” and a personal favourite from the upcoming album. Claptone will set the tone for the new underground series, followed by RUMOURS label boss Guy Gerber on Tuesday, November 17th!
