ANJUNADEEP is proud to announce “The Deep Edition” a new weekly radio show on SiriusXM Chill (Channel 53).
The first instalment of the show was presented by label owners Above & Beyond on Saturday, October 17th, 2015, which featured a special live recording of a rare deep set from Above & Beyond at The Ivy in Sydney, Australia last month.
Over the past 10 years, ANJUNADEEP has forged a reputation as one of the leading brands in dance music. Focused on timeless and melodic electronic music, the label has won plaudits from The Wall Street Journal to Pitchfork, as well as tastemaker support from everyone from Zane Lowe to Disclosure.
Artists who’ve risen to prominence through the ANJUNADEEP ranks in recent years include Dusky and Lane 8, whose respective debut albums received critical acclaim and resulted in world tours to tens of thousands of fans.
Following the success of “Anjunadeep 07”, the latest instalment of the U.S. iTunes Dance chart topping compilation series, the London-based imprint now brings their unique mix of deep, soulful house music to U.S. radio for the first time.
Curated by the ANJUNADEEP A&R team, the show will showcase the label’s new and upcoming output via one hour mixes from key label artists like Jody Wisternoff, James Grant, 16 Bit Lolitas and Yotto, along with selected guest mixes.
