Following a weekend that saw him play high profile slots at Insomniac’s Escape festival in San Bernardino and Monster Mash in Toronto, Andrew Bayer – Anjunabeats‘ enigmatic innovator – releases musical epic Celestialthe second track of the Anamnesis Trilogy. The ethereal track represents his current exploration of classic trance and progressive influences, re-imagined for 2015.

Memories
, the final track of the Anamnesis Trilogy, is set for release on Friday, December 4th, 2015 along with an accompanying EP that includes all three tracks – Nobody Told Me, Celestial, and Memories – sequenced alongside new instrumental music into a seamless 30-minute mix.

“The Anamnesis Trilogy is all about reviving, reinterpreting and reimagining what I feel are classic –and lost–messages and motifs in trance and progressive,” says Bayer. “In this EDM-era, big room music has become obsessed with high impact, instant gratification and, to be honest, absolutely uninspiring and boring arrangements. I was listening back over my favourite trance and progressive records, and remembering when dance music was about a sense of journey and progression. Records where there was more than just a breakdown and Bro-EDMdrops… records where you sometimes moved across what felt like three different – and equally mind-expanding – records just to get the REAL moment in the track. The three records in the Anamnesis Trilogy are all inspired by this sensibility and era, but 2015 Bayer style.”

From his critically acclaimed #1 iTunes Electronic album “If It Were You, We’d Never Leave” to Swedish House Mafia endorsed big room bangers, Andrew Bayer is a rare breed of producer able to stamp his sound on just about any genre out there, counting tastemakers as diverse as Zane Lowe, Sebastian Ingresso, Armin Van Buuren and Seven Lions among his vast supporters.
