On February 19th, 2016, British trance/progressive house producer and DJ Gareth Emery took to Instagram to unveil the details of his upcoming studio album. Titled “100 Reasons To Live” and set for release on April 1st via Garuda/Armada Music, this is Emery’s third album; this follows his beautiful and successful “Drive”, which was released back in 2014. Fans can pre-order the full album for $9.99 and receive the first two singles, Reckless and Hands, instantly.
Hand-in-hand with the announcement of “100 Reasons To Live”, his latest single Reckless, featuring vocals from Wayward Daughter, was officially released along with its accompanying music video. The track has been featured in some of Emery’s latest live sets, including Electric For Life Day: One Year Anniversary back in November of 2015. On March 1st, the song was voted the EFL Anthem of that week’s episode of his radio show Electric For Life and it broke EFL history:

To promote the album and to celebrate the completion and impending success of “100 Reasons To Live”, a handful of intimate album preview parties will take place across North America this April. Only nine cities were selected to host this exclusive event: Washington, Denver, Chicago, New York, Austin, San Francisco, Boston, Minneapolis, and of course, Toronto. We are the second last show on the tour which will take place on April 21st and it will be hosted at CODA.
Presale began last Friday to those who registered their information on the tour website, and you can still obtain the access code password by signing up here. The remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public tomorrow on Monday March 7th. This exclusive album preview party is a 19+ event and doors open at 10pm.
