Chase & Status release new track NRG featuring Novelist today. NRG was premiered on Mista Jam‘s BBC Radio1Xtra show. This is the second cut to be lifted from Chase & Status’ forthcoming fourth studio album, due for release later this year. It features rising MC Novelist and follows Control (featuring Slaves). Dubbed “London’s Hottest New Hip Hop hope”, XL Recordings signed MC Novelist (aka Kojo Kankam) has been earmarked as one of the brightest stars among a new generation of Grime artists breaking through.
