Adele, our manager here at EDM TOR, is heading to New York City next weekend to catch Trance Day NYC – two trance events happening back-to-back on April 23rd, 2016!
The first event of the day is a unique one. T.U.N.E., an acronym for Trance Union North East, presents DJ Adam Ellis for an open-to-close set. “Open-to-close” means something a little bit different in this case – instead of starting in the late evening and going until the break of dawn, this is a daytime show beginning at 5pm and running until 10pm at 37 Greenpoint in Brooklyn. The show was originally planned for the evening but after communicating with the other promoters, T.U.N.E. decided to reschedule to an earlier time slot enabling trance fanatics to attend both events. General admission tickets are still available for purchase at $25 USD.
Toronto is no stranger to Pure Trance shows, but we’ve never hosted a party as grand as this one before. New York trance promoters Esscala Entertainment have teamed up with Solarstone to host his iconic Pure Trance show with support from Gai Barone, Guiseppe Ottaviani, John 00 Fleming, and Standerwick. Apart from the stacked lineup, this event will take place in a secret warehouse somewhere in Brooklyn, taking it back to the days of the first illegals raves and dance parties when it was the music that brought people together. The location will be announced to the ticket holders the day of. The first two tiers are sold out and the current and final price sits at $66 USD.
Connect with the other fans going by joining the T.U.N.E and Pure Trance Facebook Event pages. Also, keep an eye out for Adele – she’ll be the one photographing the fun at T.U.N.E’s Adam Ellis show! EDM TOR is part of a greater network of cities across North America and the founder (and manager of EDM NYC) David Guzman will be in attendance at these events as well!
