Acid Reign Productions and Psyronto are planning a Psytrance event that will blow your mind. Get ready, Toronto, because Juno Reactor Ft. iVardensphere is coming to Remix Lounge on Saturday June 11! Alongside the headliners, the night’s lineup will also include local Psytrance favourites KachaMacha, Plan B, and Audi Étoffe. Decor lies in the extremely capable hands of Organic Family Promo Group, who will provide a stunning UV-flavoured atmosphere to visually enhance this musical experience.
UK-native headliner Juno Reactor is a widely acknowledged giant of electronic music. Best known for collaborating with composer Don Davis on the score of The Matrix series of films, Juno Reactor has provided tracks for other movie projects – including Animatrix – and several video games. Juno Reactor has also produced eight studio albums, and performed live at many music festivals. Unique for their dynamic orchestral approach and innovative influences, Juno Reactor promises to deliver a two-hour set not to be missed!
Also headlining is iVardensphere, out of Edmonton, Alberta. Originally masterminded as Scott Fox‘s musical brainchild, melding industrial electronic music and global percussion traditions, iVardensphere has evolved and grown collaboratively, developing their singularly characteristic sound. With shows ranging from live full-stage productions with African hand and Japanese Taiko drummers, to the one-man (Singularity) live version that uses drum machines and analog synthesizers over an electronic music set, it promises to be a particularly exclusive experience since it is a point of pride that “no two shows are the same”!
Joining the headliners from London, Ontario, KachaMacha brings a delicately melodic and richly ambient sound, directly influenced by an early fascination with electronic music and a close proximity to Goa (since 2007). Profoundly drawn through the spiritual and the psychedelic, KachaMacha has been developing his particular vibe as he builds his career and makes his mark on the Canadian Psytrance scene.
Representing Toronto’s own Psytrance talent is Plan B, a regular around the local scene and co-founder of the Shakti Collective. While passionate about music since childhood, it was not until he moved to Canada from his native Poland that he discovered Psytrance and found his niche as an artist. Since then, Plan B has performed at many music festivals across the continent, including Eclipse, Harvest, Sacred Earth, Basstiste and Space Gathering. His experience and passion deliver smooth, psychedelic beats that keep you dancing til morning!
Audi Étoffe is well-known in the Toronto music scene and his passion for Psytrance touches not only his music but led him to found Acid Reign Productions and work closely with Electric Star Productions (ESP) where he has notably participated in all three of their Tranceformers events. With a style all his own and a keen ability to read the crowd, Audi burns up dance floors at festivals and venues alike with his high energy Progressive- and Acid-influenced Psytrance.
