The Anjunafamily flocked to The Gorge Amphitheatre to celebrate the milestone 250th show of Group Therapy Radio (ABGT). This was the fourth major international show in honour of the radio broadcast, each of which has been held in a different stadium or amphitheatre located in some of the greatest cities around the world. Several thousands of fans have had the pleasure of attending these events, eagerly travelling to wherever the music takes them.
Unfortunately, not everyone has the time or money to travel to these international Anjunafamily gatherings. Here is some exciting news for some restricted Anjunabeats fans – specifically those who reside in North America. No need to worry about booking flights and packing suitcases because the progressive trance trio Above & Beyond are bringing Group Therapy to us this time! The massive continental tour kicked off in December 2017 and it will stretch into early spring, with twenty-five scheduled stops in support of their seventh studio album, “Common Ground”, released just days ago.
“Our ‘Common Ground’ album tour will travel to over 25 cities this winter, including a few places we don’t get to visit too often. The album is almost finished – we can’t wait to share our latest creations with the North American Anjunafamily.” — Above & Beyond
Toronto’s first show will take place on Thursday, February 1st, 2018 at Rebel. Once the presale had sold out, Ink Entertainment and Above & Beyond announced a second show for Friday, February 2nd, 2018. Several Anjuna artists, including Luttrell, Yoto, and Andrew Bayer, are opening acts throughout the ‘Common Ground’ tour; Spencer Brown will be warming up the crowd for Toronto. There are still tickets for both shows available: Thursday or Friday. Team members from EDM TOR will be present for both nights of this event, so we will see you on “Common Ground” for some “Group Therapy”!
