There has definitely been no lack of trance events to hit up over the last two months, and the trend doesn’t seem to be losing speed anytime soon. After the mayhem of 4/20 weekend and all the parties that came with it, the next big must-attend event on April 21st, 2018 at Sound Xchange. Psychedelic Babylon brings us another high energy party with the musical prowess of Phaxe who will be making his debut alongside the local support of Jkovsky, Nocturne, DeeCee, and The Psyntist.
Jkovsky’s debut set was at Psychedelic Babylon’s event on March 10th, 2018, when he opened up a party headlined by Macedonian international artist Egorythmia. He will bring his own blend of techno and progressive to the table which should start the party off on the right foot. You can listen to his debut set here:
We often see DeeCee playing sets for Electric Escape, a Trance promotion company in Toronto, which he has supported for many events. Fans can expect a Progressive Psytrance set for Deecee’s debut set with Psychedelic Babylon. DeeCee is a lover of all types of music within the electronic dance world and beyond. Whether he is opening our nights with vocal singalongs or closing them with hard hitting beats, he never disappoints a crowd!
Closing the night is Adrian Marshall, otherwise known as The Psyntist. This young DJ will amaze you with his high bpm Progressive and Full On Psytrance. HIs active and energetic sets compel you to the dance floor, whether it’s Progressive or Psy. If you don’t believe it, check out the last forty minutes of this set he spun for Oneida Sessions on March 20th, 2018 at Socialite Restaurant & Bar where he rocked the crowd.
International headliner Phaxe hails from Copenhagen, Denmark. After starting out as a relatively unknown DJ, Phaxe has climbed through the ranks to became an international mainstay in the Psytrance scene in a short amount of time. His music has been on many major labels, and he has collaborated with many well-known international artists as well. Phaxe continues to break barriers and make phenomenal tracks we all love. His latest releases, Yellow, was produced with Morten Granau. You can bet he will heat things up for the Toronto crowd.
See you on that dance floor!
