For the next installment of U4RIA, Electric Escape is excited to feature Damaged Records label boss, Jordan Suckley as he makes his return to Toronto for a special intimate extended set inside Nest Toronto on Friday, January 25th, 2019. With support from some of our favourite locals, this show is a must-attend for all Toronto trance lovers and I am beyond excited.

Jordan Suckley is a British radio host, DJ and music producer from Liverpool, England who’s setting a new standard for the next generation in electronic dance music. He’s gone from one of the scene’s most promising newcomers to playing the world’s high-end clubs, events and festivals, launching Damaged Records and hitting the top of charts with his originals and remixes.

Since first entering the scene, he’s received high praises from industry peers including Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk and Paul Oakenfold, held a residency on the world’s most revered dance music station — BBC Radio 1 — and has released his studio work on labels like Armada Music, Garuda, Spinnin’ Records, Perfecto Fluoro, Vandit, Black Hole and Ultra. To add to his list of accomplishments, in February of 2014 his record label, Damaged Records, made it to Beatport’s Top 15 of best-selling trance labels within its first year, clocking up no less than twelve Top 10 hits and various number one. It’s no surprise then that Jordan has been given the opportunity to remix the originals of Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Markus Schulz, Gareth Emery, Aly & Fila, Simon Patterson and John O’Callaghan. Deecee will be one of the supporting acts of this event which means we can definitely expect some serious progressive and uplifting trance during the event. Derek is a master of knowing what to play and when so he’ll no doubt deliver the perfect vibe on the dancefloor and set the tone for the rest of the night. Here’s a taste of what to expect:

One of Toronto’s finest new talents, A.D The Kid, will be supporting the event as well. He specializes in setting the mood and knows exactly how to warm up the crowd — first starting slow with deep and tech sounds as he builds up the energy into progressive trance.
