The last time Markus Schulz was here in 2016 for an open-to-close set, he left footprints on our hearts. Finally, the wait is over – trance fans in and around the GTA, the king of the marathon will be back for another open-to-close set at Club Seventy-Seven on September 28th, 2019.
Markus Schulz, also known as ‘unicorn slayer’ by his fans, is a German-American trance producer and the man behind the weekly radio show, Global DJ Broadcast, which is successfully winning millions of hearts since 2002. In 2008, Markus was voted #8 on the DJ Mag Top 100 list and he smoothly conquered the top 10 list for the next three years. He is also the founder of Cold Harbour Recordings which has been delivering quality trance music for the trance fans of the world since 2005. Markus loves playing long sets, thus his open to close sets are one of a kind. Just to let you all know, Club Seventy-Seven said he can play as long as he wants! I am a die-hard fan of Schulz and I fell in love with his art based on what he delivers each and every time for his fans. What to expect from his open-to-close set? Expect nothing but a pure journey! Things will definitely get weird when Markus leads us down the rabbit hole. Tracks like Ave Maria, Destiny, Do You Dream, and other music from his latest artist album “We Are The Light” are expected to be dropped.
