We are entering the cooler months of the year but that hasn’t deterred Trance Sessions from booking the hottest names in the trance scene for their continuing 3 year anniversary series. DJ Orkidea will have us dancing the night away on Saturday, September 21st 2019. Make sure to get some good sleep the night before because he will be performing a special All Night Long open-to-close set starting at 10pm running until 5AM inside ONE LOFT. All fans of the Pure Trance movement know Orkidea is a creative force for the brand and high expectations will be met!
Tapio Hakanen, better known by his stage name Orkidea, is a Finnish DJ and producer who has been part of the electronic music scene since the early 90’s. He has received great praise as being one of Scandinavia’s leading DJs. Throughout his career, he has released four full-length albums under the Black Hole, Solaris, AVA, and Universal Music Group production labels.
At his show, Orkidea will mix in some of his best known classic hits, such as Unity, YearZero and Nana, and he may include some of his celebrated remixes, such as Way Out West’s Killa, Aalto’s Rush, and Tiesto’s Flight 643. A big feature of the night will be his latest track, Metta, which was only released a few months ago:
