EDMTOR: Happy New Year! Did you make a resolution or have a particular goal you want to accomplish for this year?
AN21: Yes! I´m going to make a lot more music! So took some time off to actually do so. Its so hard to be productive while being on tour.
Rebel is your first release of 2014, and a collaboration with Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman. Why did you choose Rebel as the title? Did any rebellious situations influence this single?
We had a long discussion about what was currently out there, And is really
tired of all the banging hard kick drums and wanted to teach the world
that you can still do a raging rave track without making it sound like
shit basically.. So yeah.. We´re Rebels?
Did you approach this track any differently than your other collaborations?
It just happened naturally really.. the way its supposed to!
Are there any collaborations coming up from you that might surprise your fans?
Maybe one with my lovely brother?
What has been the best piece of advice anyone has given you that you still follow today?
Don´t give up, and think outside the box 🙂
What do you have planned for 2014?
Going to do a lot more music, and mostly solo stuff.
Do you want to say anything to your Toronto fans?
I´m a bit bummed out that I don’t visit Toronto too often to be honest, I love Toronto and usually stay a couple of extra days to chill when I do have a show there.. Hopefully more this year!
